A detached 4 Bedroom House with Pool situate 3 minutes walk to old town and 250 Metres to the Mediterranean Sea. The House is very close to 3 different Beaches within 15 minutes, with 2 more within 15 minutes drive at St. Pere Pescador and Montgo Beach. The Beach in the Old Town is our favorite and is just a 5 minute walk. There is a very scenic 1 to 2 km Coastal Walk along the promenade that is just 300 metres away,,,and this leads up towards the Old Town and around the Rocky Headland, Beaches and Restaurants that lead to "D'Empuries an Ancient Roman Site" or alternatively, one can walk down to the Marina / Reills beach or Montgo Beach. Nice entrance Hallway leading to a Spacious Sitting Room with Interior Dining Table, There is also a TV Room with Click Clack Couch that converts to a Double Bed,. this area leads to a Kitchen that is fully equipped with an Fridge Freezer, Hob, Oven, Sink, Washing machine, Dishwasher. Accessed in the downstairs hall area, there is a downstairs Toilet with Washhand basin The First Floor: This consists of 3 x Double Bedrooms, each with a Double Bed. 1 x Single Room with Pull out Bed that converts into a Doublebed. Bathroom with Twin Wash hand Basins, a Shower and Toilet A Cot for a small Child can be arranged upon request.
